The indoor pool was a highlight for my kids, but we had issues with cleanliness in the shower.

The front desk staff were sweeter than peach cobbler! They made me feel right at home. My kids loved the indoor pool, bless their hearts! It was so clean and spacious. Plus, the breakfast had just what we needed to start our days off right. Can’t wait to come back!

Hot water in the shower consistently fell short of expectations!!! Coffee and hot water service often ran out, and the elevator trash went uncollected for too long!!! Room view faced an unappealing roof instead of anything interesting!!!

The breakfast options were varied and delicious.

During my stay, there were issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. specifically, my shower curtain was missing upon arrival, which caught me off guard. Additionally, I faced significant frustration with the television not working properly. I could only access a few local channels, and it wasn't until the second day that I was offered a room change, which I declined because I was already settled in and comfortable.

The location was ideal for shopping and dining. Friendly staff added warmth to our stay, and I appreciated the variety in breakfast options. The room was clean and well-kept.

The King Room was a bit flat and lumpy, didn’t sleep great. Also, the pillows could’ve used some love—too flat for comfort. We had to ask three times for toiletries since they were empty when we arrived. The bathroom still had a towel from the last guest, which was kind of gross. Just wanted a cleaner experience overall, especially for our stay.

stayed at the fairfield for two nights and loved how friendly the staff was. the location was convenient for my travel needs. The nearby attractions made it easy to explore. the queen room with two queen beds was comfortable and clean, perfect for a solo traveler like me.

The building was overall nice and clean. The layout of the King Room was good, and the bathroom was clean as well. The breakfast options were delicious and just what I needed to start my day right. Definitely will be coming back to Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Middletown when I go back to Middletown.

Didn't like the pillows.

The indoor pool was nice and well-maintained. I loved the extensive breakfast options, particularly the gluten-free muffins. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work during my stay.
